WHO ARE WE?
RSS Security is a leading private security company licensed by the Ministry of Home Affairs in Malaysia. Since its inception in 1995, RSS Security has distinguished itself by assembling a strong management team of seasoned security professionals, including veterans from the Royal Malaysia Police and the Armed Forces.
To further enhance its capabilities, RSS Security has formed strategic alliances with Jabatan Hal Ehwal Veteran ATM (JHEV), Government Agencies, Jabatan Tenaga Kerja, Jabatan Pembangunan Kemahiran and Colleges.
With a focus on providing a full range of security services tailored to meet the needs of clients in various industries, the company remains committed to excellence and innovation. Notably, the company is now continued by the second generation from its founder.

Chairman And Shareholder
With over 20 years of experience in the police service, Datin monitors and safeguards clients' interests and business. She also has experience in the service industry, marketing, and development training.
Aini Suraya Bt Datuk Hj. Osman
Managing Director And Shareholder
Aini is a chartered accountant and has over 20 years of experience in auditing, accounting, corporate planning, project management and risk management. She also acts as a successor to the family business founded by her father, Dato’ Osman bin Awal.
Zanita Bt Datuk Hj Osman
Director
Zanita holds a Bachelor of Business Degree from Edith Cowan University, Australia and a Masters of Business Administration from University Institute Technology Mara. She has experience in financial consultancy, marketing, and development training.
